Very delicious.
I am American that had married Nigerian Igbo. His mom cooks us soup and stew to freeze but I would like to learn so that I can pass the culture to our daughter. My mother inlaw and I are never available at the same time for me to learn from her so maybe this will help me start and then she can give me corrections! If any! Thanks

Hello ma, I’d like to ask before I try this please. Can I add at least garlic to my assorted meat when boiling it ? Or aromatic leaves like celery etc if we shouldn’t add onions ?
