  1. There is a beautiful saying: wherever there is rain, water spreads and life flourishes more. The United Arab Emirates will become, in the coming years, a land of rivers and lakes. The recent rains have revealed many river paths, watershed areas, and natural lakes that were in the past full of fresh water, and in the coming years we will witness water wealth. It is large in the United Arab Emirates, and this presents a great opportunity for significant growth in the Emirates, whether in sustainable energy production, agriculture, tourism projects, or eco-tourism, and facing the challenges of climate change that the whole world will face, represented by increasing amounts of rain, floods, etc.

  2. Sadly for the residence of Dubai! This will only get worse in the coming years! This type of weather event more than likely will continue year after year for at least the next seven years! I need not remind anyone to be prepared! The geological infrastructure of Dubai needs work!!! This work would tremendously help with the coming problems if action is taken quickly! Worth investing if the leaders would follow!

  3. The responsible weather authority in the United Arab Emirates, the “National Center for Meteorology”, admitted that it had “vaccinated” the clouds over the desert with silver iodide seven times on Sunday and Monday. The biggest rain since weather records began 75 years ago followed on Tuesday.

At Dubai Airport, 142 millimeters of rain per square meter fell in 24 hours – 50 percent more than usual in a whole year. For the entire month of April, the long-term average is eight millimeters. The Emirates are among the driest regions in the world.

The storm caused huge chaos. Thousands of passengers were stranded at the airport and masses of water surrounded cars on the streets. More than 20 people were killed. During “cloud seeding,” silver iodide is sprayed into the clouds using airplanes or rockets so that they rain down. In Germany this is still often referred to as a conspiracy theory.

  4. The trouble that the people are going through must be unbearable. A fairly newly constructed city in the world, Dubai should have considered the possibility of worst case scenarios of heavy rain, tsunami, cyclone flooding by adapting the construction in line with adequate drainage systems and plantation by the experts that they hire all over the world as they don't lack finances. It must not be that easy but still they should work upon their water drainage. In other cities in the world, it rains/pours nonstop for hours almost every day or alternatively, but this thing doesn't happen there as they have well planned drainage systems.

  5. Saudia needs to realize now!! Pubs, casinos, and western culture they've adopted now is gonna impact the whole Muslim Ummah!! They just want Businesses to be running and live a Luxurious Life. But, this will End soon and those who've gone opposite to the preaching of Islam will face heavy consequences. May Allah have mercy on all Mankind!
