Just tried this recipe but added vanilla flavor instead of cinnamon, sugar instead of honey, soya bean powder, maca root and cocoa powder to mine but the other parts of the recipe such the peanut butter, whole milk, oats and banana still remained the same. The taste is heavenly!!😭It’s sooo good! Coming back to update y’all after a week❤

  2. Can anyone help me please ? I don't know if I'm skinny because I have slim legs but I have a belly that's not very big but not flat either and I have no hips or buttocks. My question is this: I eat big meals and when I eat my belly swells up like I'm pregnant but the next day it's back to normal so I'd like to know where the food gets stored? and what my body type would be basically?

  3. Just found this video , the comments/reviews are so motivating! Excited to try this out ! Will have my first one today and official implement it twice a day starting tomorrow ! I noticed the comments mention sleepiness , a bit nervous about that as I have a busy schedule and can not afford to be feeling tired/sluggish.
