  1. As soon as she started talking i said thats a South African, i was so excited 😂😂😂 so she must have stayed in SA for quite a bit for her to pick up the accent. I can see the Southern African influence in the home design ❤❤ warms my heart. As a South African i am looking to moving to Ghana in the near future.

  2. If a significant number of individuals follow the principles you're advocating, just envision the potential for numerous individuals becoming millionaires, either presently or in the future. I've been exploring comparable opportunities myself. As Warren Buffett has pointed out, he has observed this phenomenon occur frequently. My husband and I have never earned more than others in the middle class, yet with a $250,000 stock portfolio, we plan to retire at age 58. Surprisingly, we have never sold a single share of stock.

  3. Hi Vanessa,

I've lived watching your videos. Informative, different perspective and entertaining.

Is there a reason why you've stopped all of a sudden making them?

    O Williams

  4. What she might consider next is the addition of Solar system and energy storage, with such a nice roof, plus rain water harvesting, stored the water to do the watering of the planting. Energy and water sustainability will make the entire project a unique sustainable designated building – with already strive to food sustainability (farming around the house).

  5. Beautiful, simple and a superb incorporation of African style court-yards and passage links to separate quarters, into the project. Very very well done indeed!

It is amazing how she and her ordinary gardener incorporated an agrarian spaces – planting and landscaping all around. When the banana and corn has grown, just step into the walled garden and pluck some and step back inside to the cook the fresh vegetables. It would be equally pleasant to stroll around the courtyards and walled spaces – in the evening breeze. The semi-agrarian village life doesn’t get any better than that!

Even in US or EU, I doubt if one can life such a simple, albeit rich life.

Finally, it would be nice to know about how much the project eventually cost the lady? How long did the project take to complete from start to finish! I heard she started in 2019?

Best of luck to her and you too Vanessa.
