  1. I love the videos you make. I do however have a question. How safe are those invisible burglar balls? I've seen a couple pictures and videos of how easy it is to ment them. Not sure how true that is.

  2. Someone tag HGTV channel so that they can see this masterpiece . This is where quality meets determination + hard working. Also I love the natural look of the house. well done , steve + your beautiful partner !

  3. This is beautiful. You provide a truthful visualisation on what goes into a home renovation. You have the knowledge which is a bonus so you know how to keep your contractors on their toes and do the work properly.

  4. Great couple, well narrated, slow in speaking(audible African English),well detailed, latest technology (machine,
materials ,AI, Solar, ETC. hope workers are well looked after and are legal..please after opening invite for swim ,house tour and Springbok braai.
consider, geo thermal, water fron the air, hydrogen plant, sanifo, magneto thermo tank, ecco loo, aristo gas boilers, grey water usage,

  5. With the amount of time, energy and sheer interest I've invested in this rebuild, I feel like I should be allowed one free tour of your home when you're done! 😅

  6. Please in your next video.. Make it longer.. Include a full cost break down.
We know the house was 1.3 mil.
What was the original budget? We heard that you are 1 mil over budget.

What would be great is.. basically a room by room cost break down.
followed by a total cost break down.
Room by room = tiles, paint, fittings and so on
Total house cost break down = Different labors (plumbing, painters, tilers ect. (or the total cost of the company used for labor)., solar, alarms, windows, patio ect.

I will actually pay for a walk through, through the house and pointing to everything (room by room) with the cost break down.
    Example. Main bathroom Bathroom
    1. Wall knock down to expand (Episode 3)
    2. Plumbing, electric, underfloor heating, fittings
    3. Tiles, counters etc.

Then a full cost excel break down. (in a video, explaining the cost)
Windows, doors, patio, solar, alarms etc.

I honestly would pay for a full cost break down video.
