The border lining between the two countries has consistently been threatened by rebel activity.

DRC president is not at peace with his country men in M23, and his neighbours, Rwanda and Uganda.

M7 and Kagame are busy promoting their Tutsi tribe in the East and Central Africa without caring about the fate of Rwandese or Ugandans living in the DRC.
Right now, it is very risky to be a Ugandan or a Rwandan in the DRC.

Uganda is my country, and i must admit that M7 and kagame are responsible for all crimes committed against Ugandans, Rwandese, and Congolese alike. M23 was created by M7 and kagame. Both Kagame and M7 are typical Rwandese.

Uganda is moving fighters and logistics closer to M23 frontlines while pretending to be securing its own border. Sectarian wars.

Having the SADC army in the eastern part of DRC is causing more instability in the region.

We need the big armies, Egypt & Algeria, to join this peace keeping mission too. EAC seem to have a hidden agenda.
