  1. Yeah it's fine to share the idea but no implementation to put things in their places so that citizen would be comfort for what the government did.. but stop repeating thing of those years back then

  2. The first vice president should have a master computer of the government of South Sudan so that the government knows exactly where the checkpoints are for collection of taxes across the country. This government is too much blind and can not see what is going across the country. The government needs to improve their hardworking towards the development of the future of South Sudan.

  3. EES Gov.Louis Lobong is right 👍, it's the responsibility of the national government to pay civil servants salary whether in States or national under the current Constitution of South Sudan, I don't know which system of governance is Dr.Riek is using now

  4. National govt fails to account on national n over all affairs of the country making the ones who are powerful n know their rights yet not doing their parts this is conspiracy to the dignity and knowledge of South Sudanese at large to know what's there

  5. This should be at attention to every citizen we are not yet to develop because the national government has failed to control itslef in all aspects that's lead to state governors doing what they want for instance 😊

  6. Dr riek has right in that point because we need government that decentralize the power but the question is did we have such system at the moment so if the answer is no and then the governor of EES has point in that matters .

  7. Income tax, natural resources, national roads, national hospitals, national education institutions & airports are responsibility of federal government.state government needs to create its own taxes to pay its employees including the governor…..this topic seems to be debated every year,is it a rocket science???
