Great talk! You asked Gina some questions I hadn’t heard asked to her before. Thanks!💖🌘
As Black and as beneficial as the service is on one hand, destroying the DNA material is hardly the same as destroying the DNA records. You’ve an extensive sample size, surely these are genetic records too?
Not that I’m casting any aspersions, but what’s to stop you having a board meeting and deciding to make all your data available to the (all too many) three initialled four letter word agencies in your area?
That’s my concern. Too many careerist people too willing to sell out other Black people, especially in the DMV. Everyone has their price… 🤔
Their criminals and justice have yet to come.
There are no Africans searching for is because they know the truth. Love for my indegenous all around the world but im a virginia indian.
Im sorry to say this black people..but do NOT fall for this…they have been trying to get our "dna" for the longest! A lot of the companies that have started doing this have been swolled up by bigger private institutions!! Think of this…80 percent of blood donated goes to private institutions and only 20 percent goes to the hospitals!! Remember she said "global marketplace" which means PRIVATE INDUSTRY!! SHE IS A STRAIGHT UP LIAR! REMEMBER Henrietta lacks people!! I love my sisters.. but this lady is an agent!!
I wonder if she drives a European car?!?! 🤔🤔🤔
I'M SOOOO TIRED OF SISTAS WITH FAKE HAIR!!! Please put in the work !!!
We are indigenous copper colored niiji indian
I got my TEST done by African Ancestry my ( paternal side ) and it came back as Burkina Faso= Busanga Tribe and Now my family tree is almost complete ! Lordwilling I will be meeting my tribe in person, some i already speak to through WHATSAPP and they told me the President Ibrahim wants us Diasporans from around the world to come back and will give us land and opportunity to invest in the Resources! I thank you my sister Gina and her partners

Black women who walk around in their natural hair has always been a sexy thing to me! I will never stop being attracted to that! From the very tightly curled, to the loosely curled …from short hair, to long hair It doesn't really matter (dark skinned to light skin and everything in-between) it all comes down to displaying identity, culture, self assurance, security and confidence!✨👌🏾
T You are not from West Africa and Africans know it. Your ancestoral docmentation has been hidden by the Moors who conqured Africa and the World fronting for the Romans who run it now. Aristocratic killers.
Why'd you want to go back to an abusive parent that did nothing for you but now once you back when you're successful this is stupid 🙏🏾🧔🏾
This is an infomercial. This is propaganda. These are imitators. These are Pan-Africanist. Foundational Black American (Freedmen) know who we are. In order to accurately use DNA to trace ancestry you would need to have taken a blood sample from every human that has ever existed and would have had to document that location. Stop this diaspora nonsense. If everyone so called came from the area that we now refer to as the continent of Africa, then that would make all people regardless of skin tone the same. These are racist ideologies of imitators using FBA (Freedmen) lingo to position themselves in America by trying to reclassify FBA (Freedmen) as generic Africans. We see who you are, the jig is up.
I'm interested, tell me how.
It's funny that people claim not to believe in DNA but when somebody gets pregnant, they run to DNA. And no, it's NOT a different type. DNA is DNA. It has been used to get us out of prison and it is used for organ transplants.
And it's insanity to continue to allow the african diaspora to be the front runner of your intelligent and to farther push the falsified narrative. Without using our own given intelligent to give our ancestors back their honored" North American Indians"….farther why ?would they had brought people from a different land to cultivate a land that they have no knowledge about nor did they know how to navigate the land.
On my original birth certificate,it state Color and on my grandmother it state negro and nowhere in our genealogy research is there any Africans of any form of the terms , too my lineage complexions various in all shades of copper. So why would i identify with what there's is no paper trail to?.
We not african sister but still love you
A black people came to Hayti from the south or south-east, who had darts of Guanin metal, and were called the Black Guaninis. This tradition preserved by Herrera Gareia and Charlevoix, indicates a colony of Negroes or men painting black, from South America. They might be the black Negroes of Quarequa mentioned by Dangleria, or some other" American Negro nation, of which there are many. -See my account of Ancient Black Nations of America. Dangleria mentions two wild tribes. American anthropography will teach that there were men of all sizes, features and complexions, in this hemisphere before 1492: not withstanding the false assertions of many writers, who take one nation The for the whole American group. Uskihs, the Puruays, the Parias, the Chons, &c. were as white as the Spaniards, 50 such tribes were found in South America; while many tribes of Choco, the Manabis, the Yaruras, &c., were as black as negroes, All the other shades of brown, tawny and coppery, were scattered every where.
All is conjecture, uncertainty. After some 4000 years of historic period, all we have is a chronology full of errors and falsehoods ; unintelligible, incomprehensible ; we find the DARK RACES still on the earth ; of their ancient history absolutely nothing is known: nor does it matter in what region of the globe we first view them. They
are confined to no particular zone, but spread as it were from pole to
pole ; from the artic to the antarctic cirle: if the Laps be a dark race, then the DARK RACES exist in Europe as a race; Asia abounds with them ; Africa has always been considered their strong hold; and unquestionably from the
Mediterranean shores to Cape l'Agulhas the thick lipped, as Copt or Bosjeman, of all shades but the fair, prevails throughout ; but it is in AMERICA, the last discovered by the civilized European, where we find the strong hold of the COLOURED RACE :" from the land of fire to the ice-bound
polar sea, nature had darkened every race unmistakably; nor had the Esquimaux or Circum-polar races escaped the coloration. Like their brethren in Asia ETC….
THE RACES OF MEN
BY ROBERT KNOX, MD
This whole afrocentric stuff came from a group of racist white people who wanted to try to put Dark skin people in one place. Charles Darwin, Francis Galton, Paul Broca, Thomas H. Huxley. There is more proof and evidence that we originated here. Very little proof or any at all that we originally came from africa. More melanated people here were sent their. This lady has not done any real research. They already proved rice along with hundreds of others foods originated in the America's.
How are we african? I was under the impression that all the DNA testing could only link you to living relatives and not where you originally came from. And history also tells us that America is older than africa and that we were here tens of thousands of years before Columbus. And we were not African American until 1988. Before that we were Negroes we were copper colored people. The original people on this continent. ABORIGINAL INDIGENOUS AMERICANS.
Everyone by now should know DNA is not done on live people unless it’s paternal or matertal.. they would have to dig your ancestors out the grave to know dna 🧬… I’m so sick of the lies,
I s👀 a lot of Looney Tunes in this here comment section❓
You guys are NOT African! Please just stop talking about our history, we don't like it.
We, african, we are tribes we deference culture deference languages ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You cant reclaim something you never were .
11:20 next step stop calling yourself black. You're not a crayon or a social construct set by saxons
This is such important information! Thank you for raising the vibration I’m hoping, with this video and knowledge!
I’ve become very passionate over the last few years of educating not only myself but spreading the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained through my own experiences.
I’d like to add to the embracing your natural beauty, hair in particular. It’s more than just loving who we are but it’s a part of that decolonization. It’s rewiring of the mind. To the people who state, “I love myself and all of me, my hair is just an extension“, it’s so much more than an extension. I believe strongly that choosing to shave or not shave, how we present ourselves to the world shows the world and those children coming up who look up to the adults that we truly are proud of every inch of natural.
Who instilled the thought that as Black/African women, we NEED to have long hair? Whether bald, shaved, Afro, Locs, braids, or whichever natural style, by us choosing our natural state, which by the way can also grow in many lengths, reverses what colonialism has instilled in us.
So although we can say, “we are not our hair”, our hair is us, and tragically has been used as a weapon against us. Turing that weapon into a tool is how we begin to build collective self respect. Due to the need to still decolonize, de plantation-ize… our thinking, is why it’s most important for our hair to reflect how we “feel” about ourselves as African people, Afro people globally.
As long as we still feel the desire straighten, and believe we look better with straight, blonde, bleached skin, it shows and speaks volumes to how we truly feel about ourselves internally. Again, it’s not just about self respect but raising the conciseness and taking back in large number, what colonization has taken away from us.
Rick Kittles, co-founder of African Ancestry explains that DNA testing can only trace back a tiny portion of one’s ancestry, 0.1% in fact. The majority of us here in the Americas, are not descendants of captured slaves from Africa. More than 80% of us are Aboriginal and Indigenous to these lands. In fact, we are Aboriginal and Indigenous to this planet. We carry the dominant genes amongst the human family. Furthermore, there’s research that shows that even if you test two siblings with the same parents, they can have two different results. Also, what we’re calling Africa today is a modern term. Before Africa was called Africa, that continent had many names and one of the oldest names is called Alkebulan. By the way, the movie Roots is not a true story. Alex Haley was sued for plagiarism in the 80s.
Fyi; All "black people" do not descend from the same bloodline, in fact, African (Hamites) were the first to enslave our ancestors, then around three thousand years later they captured and sold our ancestors aka Hebrew (Shemites) to Arabs (Ishmael), Europeans (Japheth), and "Jews" (AshkeNazi). ~ The "Transatlantic Slave Trade" aka Deut.28:15-69 = Gen.15:12-14 ⌛
Everybody not from Africa most of us were already in America before colonialism
You're beautiful, and I love, love , love the hair. 🥰
Are'nt we supposed to seeking our American Aboriginal roots, our Hebrew Israelites roots, our Turtle Island Independent Sovereignty roots?
Europeans deliberately mixed Africans from different regions (please remember Africa is/was THREE-QUARTERS of the EARTH) for the sole purpose of preventing, diluting, negating, the strength , the intensity, of the plots to create wars, insurrections, and revolts, against the plantation owners.
Many people have received their DNA
RESULTS. CONFUSION REIGN SUPREME because they do not understand the enclosures.
PHENOMENAL BUILD SALUTE PEACE
It's sad that Black people feel they have to look a certain way for white folks!💯
