In its entire history, the ANC never attacked or targeted any language because that would be attacking and targeting those people speaking that language. It was the no- racial stance of the ANC that in principle brought eleven official language in a democratic dispensation at the equal footing . Afrikaans is no exception to the principle.

However, if we look at the percentage of each group on medical aid, a much larger proportion of white South Africans have medical aid compared to black South Africans.
Government employees are on Medical Aid and so are Municipal!
There are way more blacks and others on Medical Aid than whites.

He lost all credibility when he said most people on medical aid are white people. It shows his biased and racist way of thinking. It is common knowledge and easy to research that in numbers, more black people have medical aid coverage than white in South Africa.
