You like to pluck subjects out of the thin air to comment on without objective reasoning. I cannot help if you do not know what this means. What chased you out of your country, Nigeria? Was it not because it is riddled with and dying of all kinds of corruption cancer which started maybe before you were born. What was the state of the economy in 2015 when our people suffering under the weight of destitution decided to change their fortunes by changing the people ruling them? Take one topic: subsidies. Most countries across the world, including the so called developed, use subsidies to support their people's daily economic activities. When subsidises were deployed in Nigeria pre 2015, with all government agencies operating multi bank accounts it was a good way to loot people's money. That was what Buhari alluded to in his comment before he became the president. With the TSA account put in place post-2015 every KOBO in and out of those agencies is visible to relevant accounting departments. Now, when the VP spoke about the subsidy on oil products, mainly petrol and diesel, he mentioned that the subsidy will be abolished soon and I guess he is looking forward to the time when the Dangote refinery will become operational.
