It's game over for the tyrant Kagame that lied his own people to implement genocide inside DRC. Congolese are peaceful people but kagame use that weakness to go and kill so many people overtaking the rwandan genocide in number of casualties. If congolese were bad people James Kabarebe a rwandan citizen would have never be their military chief of staff in DRC military institution. To my knowledge Kagame has never used a congolese as his military chief of staff and I am wondering why he doesn't do so if he really likes peace ?

The war is led by the dictator president of Uganda Yoweri Museveni who doesn't respect dialogue where he is not the winner. Museveni is a traitor even if you make agreements. No where in Uganda he has ever respectd agreements in which his evil agenda is not catered for
