One correction on the education in South Africa, there is minority of around 5-10 million that are extremely well educated in South Africa! They are keeping the boat afloat!
The ANC government uses their socialist grants to keep voters relient on them being in power.

The greatest times the country ever went through was apartheid (black people were never so well looked after in all of Africa under apartheid…don’t believe it? Do research)

I am in South Africa, and you see people zonked out lying on the pavement all the time. Sure it might not be the same drugs but alcoholism is a big problem here as well as drugs. Don’t act like it doesn’t happen here and only in democratic run American cities.
