Are we able to double cleanse twice a day?
Why use water cleanser then? If the only thing we want to remove from face is oil, and not the water?
I double cleansed for the fist time last night and my face was softer than EVER before after using just a regular cleanser!!! I was a believer right away!
Too much info and they skip the routine? Anyone could tell me the steps for this double cleansing
That swooping sound affect every time… is too much. 😭
Its all I can hear.
Ok its not for me m getting acne and i had a very good skin before just few here there marks but no pimple so not for me
9:57 for those who want to try this method:
I use the Aveeno Calm + Restore Redness Relief Moisturizing Cream as my cleansing balm sometimes, and HOLY SHIT it's a HUUUUGE game changer. You put it on, rub it into your skin for like 30 seconds, and before your skin fully absorbs it, wash it off, and your face will feel soooo clean and hydrated. I've always thought it was weird and i could not find ANY information on this, but holy shit i've actually been accidentally oil cleansing with my moisturizer!!!
Can't you just wash your face with a good liquid soap?
🙏🙏🙏🙏
Tried the La Roche-Posay toleraine, based on their review, but I had a very severe reaction to it. Be careful…patch test a new cleansing product before applying to full neck/face.
Love this!! So happy my hubby got me hooked on your channel ❤
THANK YOU
In another video you said that Olive Oil was not for the skin – but this you recommended dhc deep cleansing oil (which is olive oil based).
Has your opinion on olive oil changed?
Can you guys please make a video of nontoxic skincare routine for oily skin ?
For smooth glowing skin:
1 – Staying hydrated is key. It helps. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 – Using riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily is part of my routine. Although I occasionally skip this step due to impatience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results.
3 – I avoid any kind of soap etc.
4 – I stay away from junk food.
5 – I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
Together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.
Dr, please a video about cloged pores for dry/sensitive/normal skin. How to clean (should/avoid oil cleanser/balm etc) & how to treat cloged pores until achive clean skin.
I don't double cleanse because it strips the skin.
3:40 you forgot the obvious observation that maybe the reason that ppl that double cleanse have more acne it's because ppl that have more acne have more reasons to double cleanse and maybe the reason they double cleanse is that they have acne
Men, both of you have beards. Please make a video of care of your face when you have beards.
Can you do a video on if medical grade skin care is worth the cost?
Isdin oil based cleanser is amazing!
Where do we buy in Australia?
i laughed at “so unless you’re rolling around in the dirt” and then i remembered i’m an archaeologist and i am in fact lying in bed with dirt on my face rn
should i only use double cleansing when i play sport and on days i dont play sport i just cleanse with water based
The Kiehls cleansing oil is soooo goood
The random lip treatment killed me 😂😂😂 4:55
I use Noid’s Sanskrit Saponins, which is a cleansing balm. Doesn’t need to be followed up by another cleanser. Works amazing !
would you recommend it to someone with rosacea?
Okay correct me if im wrong, So if you use water resistant sunscreen
Use an oil based cleanser and if you dont use water resistant sunscreen you double cleanse with a water based cleanser??
My skin has been a lot less oily since i started double cleansing. My face just also feels cleaner.
I have combi to oily skin. I wear sunscreen and tinted moisturizer every morning. Ever since i started double-cleansing once at the end of the day, never looked back! Really makes a difference with preventing breakout.
I'm so glad that oil cleansing works for many people. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be for me. I love the nourishment it feeds to my skin and the gentleness of it, but I have a lot of blackheads and congested pores, and it only seems to exacerbate those issues for me
Interesting i didnt hear anything abt fillers under eyes
I ❤ the Tatcha Indigo cleansing balm !!
I couldn't really follow, too much spoken info 🙁 (even though it's valuable info that I'm thankful for)
Maybe start including a more visual "blueprint" for the routine? With the principles, the steps you recommend and some products that might fit the requirement of each step?
many thanks!
How long before the Anua cleanser starts to work? I started using it almost a week ago and it hasn’t done anything yet with my blackheads
i love jojoba oil for double cleansing
Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing Balm is the best i used so far, its unbeatable at getting off my waterproof mascara.
Double cleansing is an absolute must for me, but for some reason my face hates oil cleansers. I will always prefer a cleansing balm (my skin type is normal)
9:04 I tried the versed balm as a cleanser but it is SO THICK and so hard to emulsify 🙁
Recently I started using grape seed oil right before my regular cleanser. I just put it on, massage it for a minute and then proceed with my water based cleanser. I have mixed to oily skin, large pores and the occasional blackheads. My skin looks and feels way way better this way.
You can just double cleanse just your nose.
This thing about oil cleansing is more complicated than people think. Me for example, i have oily skin and my skin like oils that are high on linoleic acid, also know as omega 6, one example of an oil high in omega 6 is "grape seed oil", so i always look for oil cleansers that have the emulsification technology and are also made with omega 6 oils! It removes everything ans it doesn't cause me breakouts! The general public doesn't know this information so they end up using any cleanser oil that is trending. 😅
Ps. Im not a professional
I consider myself a "skincare enthusiast" with oily and acne skin. I been putting the work sense i was 18 and now im almost 28. So take this information with a grain of salt
Is it ok to use the Green Clean as the only cleanser? Or is it better to use a water-based cleanser?
Double cleansing never works on my sebaceous filaments but pyrithione zinc shampoo surprisingly does.
late to the game ‘darn tooting’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣
glad i found you guys and get my science on to sort my skin concerns 😊😍
I’ve been using coconut oil as my first cleanse for YEARS. It’s so gentle, effective, and cheap. Plus no worries about chemicals.
@doctorly can you please educate us about the Korean stem cell facial?
