😅😅😅😅 i love the way you are mixing it, but because you are running out of time, you added the berbere when the onion is not yet ready, and it is too oily. Next time, if you are running out of time, trying to squeeze onion juice out of your blended onion is the best way to do it. Well done at list, it looks delicious.
probably cross-contamination with the raw chiken and te injera near it at the cutting board.
