We had 2 flights, the first one was AMAZING it was so comfy and AMAZING food. I got got pasta and for desert I got some type of cake, I have NO idea what they put in it but it was scrumptious! Toilet was actually preppy clean and they gave us a warm tissue which was literally STEAMING but felt so nice. We also got a little sack with a sleeping mask, socks, earplugs and something else. The seat was included with a blanket and pillow. It could also recline just like any other airline, maybe not all but most. That was for our first flight but our second flight was TERRIBLE. We entered and it was like a normal airline, we put our luggage in the overhead bin but when we sat down the flight attendant said it was to packed so we literally had to put it under our seat but that wasn't the worst of all. The earphone did not connect to the device on the seat because the port was was either too big or something was lodged into the socket. The seat did NOT recline and the cameras outside of the plane where you can see everything didn't work. There was one customer service wasn't too good and the landing was rough and it was an old model. We landed fine but overall it was a 2.5/5 star flight. Sorry if it's a lot!
