It is sad to read this online, having it been posted on YouTube but the blame squarely goes to the government and no one else. Land sales in Ghana has been plagued with corruption and scam! Not to talk about the silly and notorious land guards! Our politicians have used government in power to steal lands from families! A typical example is the TDC in Tema, which has left its core mandate to plan the city of Tema and is rather selling family lands which have resulted in relentless court cases

@travelersjet1050

Hey my brother! I know you'd posted this about a year ago! Yet, I'm just seeing this post for the first time! Do you know any safe area, if not Ghana? It's seems that folks can't reside where there is peace, without somebody trying to take advantage of someone else! That's why Yeshua is surely gonna judge all in these last and evil days. 🧐

@nefertemur8951

Greetings Go Black, I heard you the first time you put out a video on the subject of land purchase in Ghana. I am done with Ghana all together. We are headed to Thailand to do business. Thanks for sharing.

@atum6

Just stay home here in America. Don’t believe the hype.

@melissadotson770

Their are a few Americans building large homes with selling them for $250,000 in Ghana. Yes 50 years if they want their land back you have to give it up.
Its simple for me to understand. Why do risky businesses.
I dont feel Ghana should change their land issues for lease – I just feel that you need to understand their system before you invest.
We have lease lands in the US because your house sits on it. You own the house but not the land.
No matter what you dont own land even with a sale its lease with paying yearly propery taxes in the US.

@purpleblue9677

thats sad

@zeezee990

Anytime you see the words AFRICA and BUSINESS in the same sentence… always assume SCAM !!!!!!!!!

@furqaanali8908

Tribal Lands…… How 🤔 many tribal lands are there in Ghana? In Fact 🇬🇭, How many tribes are there 🤔 in Ghana 🇬🇭?

@theboyfromnandom

Ghana is a heaven if you own a home or business or both.
I will advise that you buy lands from legit real estate companies. In case of any dispute these companies fight on your behalf. And because its a real estate company's lands you will have other property owners coming in to fight and in that way you easily win. Some real estates, i know, normally refund your money to you if they loose in court or they relocate you to another land they own at your choice.
So don't go to Ghana to apply European rules or mindset and expect it to work. Learn from the people and do your due diligence.
I can lead you to a legit real estate company for a better deal. You get your money back if you dont want or you get relocated at your convenience. I wish everyone well.

@felixjordan6346

Man do your research properly and stop throwing dust into people’s eyes.

Ask our brothers and sisters about the contract they signed if they have fulfilled their obligations.
Most of the people opted for lands belonging to the Chiefs which are not leased to them but sold outright to them.
There’s more to this than what you’re speculating around, just be careful brother.

@BIGHURTification

These people continuously scam over and over. I've seen even ghanaian people purchase land and as soon as a structure has been built ghanaian people are trying to scam the property away from their own people or get money. This is one of the reasons africa will never develop, its crabs in a barrel across the continent. As I got older I understand why europeans don't respect these people. They don't respect themselves, sell each other out very easily and will do anything to extort money from a person even it it means taking out the person not even thinking about the consequences of that action, by not getting nothing.

@fixthescales9265

They not playing these games with the yt man

@hubertbailey2225

This has been going on for so long and government has not stepped up and brought those thieves to justice. What is that saying to you. People and the government are thieves.

In the next 5o years nothing called black Africa will be around because they are too foolish to correct their mistakes.

@Shainnelle

They are lying and legally stealing people's property.

@larrainiagoodloe2766

As clients ln Asebu I estate refund money withheld.😢

@Erica-ls7bp

I watched Ekow Simpson response video with the Chief of Asebu about this video. People had some choice thoughts about Go Black in the comment section. 😂 Everyone involved is scamming, the Chiefs, the "Rabbi", the "family" everybody. Sad.

@BlackLove-Gh

What country do you actually own land in?

@The-Wa.Wa-Girls

Ancestral land in Africa is a very emotive issue…. Lots of locals/tribes whose claim to land in different parts of the country persist decades after independence with no formal/legal recognition by successive governments. So to have free land just sitting out somewhere for diasporans is very aspirational – nearly unachievable by any measure especially with locals still being pushed out of ancestral land and becoming effectively displaced. In urban areas perhaps and even then as you say, lots of patience, due diligence and connections would still apply 🤷🏾‍♀️ Sad all around and sorry to all buyers affected by these bad dynamics.

@rorirory121

Do not buy land anywhere in most African countries. Americans should know this from land disputes involving Native American tribes. Presidents have no business signing for sale documents selling land that doesnt belong to them. Ive always been suspicious of the Free Land give away for black Americans. How can land be given away like that to black Americans when Ghanaians live in slums?

@thomasobroni9556

People are happy living their lives buying lands building their dream houses without any problem at asebu. Come to ghana and visit asebu and find out if there is any problem there. Please do your due diligence before you put on a content.

@motheramoon314

Where is the lands that the presidents have donated to the diaspora

@motheramoon314

you must inherit the land or quire it through marriage or borrow it nothing else

@motheramoon314

I say if you will be there accept that the natives wish to keep their land or dont be there i spent some years there and loved it but the little things money matters issues you face with people abusing you for money many will try and hinder you from establishing yourself but bait you to finance their lives and more can get to you end of my story i came back to what I know I can tolerate

@Uncle-Basil

Listen folks, here's the facts…once you buy land AND REGISTER IT at the lands commission, that land is yours for the duration of the lease (either 50 years for foreigners or 99 years for citizens). NO ONE can show up and claim your land as their own after you have registered it.

@AwaMadam

I agree with GoBlack. This has been going on in Ghana for centuries. It will be better to buy through Realtors. You can buy house that is already built by Realtors or buy lands from Realtors. There are many scammers that may even scam their own family members.

@anto11434

Have a lot of love for ghanaians. However when it comes to business, they're just too dishonest. It's hard to take them seriously as as they don't value being truthful. They're so untrustworthy.

@garyteeters-ok3hc

They will take there land back and sell you again ,rip off artists yoohoo its a black things i guess

@gaylacoutee5944

Do your research and make connections on the ground is the logical way for anyone who wants to purchase land in Ghana the legal way. You have got to visit the country first.

@nairah1

I have read that you can not own land in Ghana as a foreigner. You can only lease it for up to 50 years.

@Personincrowd

Those ppl would have destroyed their quality of life anyway

@CatherineFrye-n9e

Thanks for sharing this information!👍

@dronestar1118

I don't what people say Africans don't view black Americans as "their people". Yall better wake up… Be a tourist and form relationships first.. Going over there buying land is what Europeans do.

@misterroper7803

Don't trust these Ghanaians!

@lilway

Jt The Biggs be doing it too

@lilway

It’s the same thing dude from ark doing now going taking people money and saving is a problem with land after they paid him

@JamesBond-44

GOBLACK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY THE PARAMOUNT CHIEF OF ASEBU AND HIS ELDERS WHO GAVE UP THE 5000 ACRES OF LAND. THEY ARE ANGRY AND ASKING YOU NOT TO STEP IN ASEBU. WATCH A VIDEO BY EKOW SIMPSON INTERVIEWED THE PARAMOUNT CHIEF, ABOUT THIS CASE AND WHAT HAPPEN. THAN GOING ABOUT MAKING DRAMATIC VIDEOS ABOUT GHANA..

Customary land belongs to the tribe and they have rights to take the land back that's why we all need to do your dna that show your klan and then see what rights you have as a desendent of that klan

State own land only

Yes many African Americans are scamming others dirty dirty people to do their own like that but at the same time never do anything with a law firm.

@lutrailahobbs3086

Hello Goblk, its been awhile, congratulations on the 279. I still dream of living in Tanzania, thank to you. Can someone tell me where is he at in this video? It’s beautiful!

@Solo-cn6gs

Asebu land was not for sale…….. you had to go through a process. So….. who started selling? Looks like a 000AGENT00000 trying to sabotage.
