Donald Trump has said he would “encourage” Russia to attack any Nato member that fails to pay its bills as part of the Western military alliance.

Trump said he had once told a leader he would not protect a nation behind on its payments, and would “encourage” the aggressors to “do whatever the hell they want”.

  1. NATO is actually paying way more than just 2% already. You want to know how Let's say You exchange your canadian dollars for us dollars For example a CA$100. You get $72.63 US In return it's supposed to be equal So where is, that missing money from that $100 bill. So where Does that go I prove my point. We are now paying 3% So nice try trump 😅

  2. Well dosnt that make sense if you want protection but won't pay for it then the Russians will protect for you for free at a greater cost lol

  3. DONALD TRUMP Sr
    still thinks that he's a
    MOB BOSS
    &
    that the
    UNITED NATIONS & NATO
    PAY MONEY directly to the
    UNITED STATES PRESIDENT

    DONALD TRUMP Sr
    said several times that
    he wants the
    UNITED NATIONS & NATO
    to PAY HIM
    PROTECTION MONEY
    or he'll :
    " LET PUTIN
    DO WHATEVER THE
HELL HE WANTS TO TO THEM "

  4. What's appalling is the million Americans he murdered during the pandemic. He's a convicted rapist, a drug addict and a murderer. The white version of Pol Pot.

  5. Bbc seems to dig its own grave. Taking scenarios out of context to discredit is a sign of poor journalism and a pathetic news station. BBC, DW, CNN, etc can all go to hell.

  6. Regardless of what trump has said, NATO members pledged to commit 2% of gdp to defense spending. Only 11 member states hit this mark in 2023 and there has never been a year where even half the members hit 2%. The US has never missed it. As a US citizen and taxpayer i have no issue with our country contributing more than others, but id like to see all NATO members meet the commitment that they all agreed to.

  7. “Had I been President Putin would have never invaded” – Trump

If anything it would have been easier for Putin to invade Ukraine because trump has always said he would stop aid to Ukraine which means he would have never given Ukraine aid in 2022 to begin with thus making it easier for Putin to invade Ukraine in the first place lol
