  1. I really appreciate Josh's "MATH IS MATH" attitude towards cooking. Jarlic vs garlic, "Mexican" cheese vs mozzarella, etc. We stan someone who understands that most people aren't trying to cook like Michelin chefs

  2. COME ON Josh… Santa is how he looks, SOLELY because he was stolen from the Greek's Saturnalia!! Where a jolly prankster wore a big red coat/robe and delivered gifts. (I think it was even fur lined, but I'd have to read the wiki again and… "I un wanna" lol)
Honestly, Christmas in its entirety was basically ripped off exclusively from Saturnalia, it's wild. It even occurs a few days after Saturnalia! (which I think was a week long)
    🏳️‍🌈TEH MOAR U KNO!🌟

  3. I stumbled upon this channel and I burst out laughing when I returned to the room and saw fatty critiquing the food. Of course, they'd give it a positive review; they seem to enjoy everything they eat! XD

  4. I rarely order pasta at restaurants because it always tastes undercooked to me. I know that means I prefer overcooked pasta but… well that's how I like it.

  5. FYI, Dollar Tree has consistent pricing issues that depend on the customer to catch their known errors, underpays their employees and leaves them vulnerable to crime.

  6. I wanna see something without meat. Really try to trick the person and give a fair chance.

Maybe something like a tuna pasta bake (usually uses canned tuna)

  7. I really love wal mart pizza is very good i really love tony and paul Newman pizza is very good and I really love big mac pizza and cheeseburgers pizza is very good

  8. "santa is a demigod" oh you have no idea. dude can calm storms, bring pickled children diced in ham chunks back to life, and protect women in the night from becoming prostitutes. (these are all actual feats of saint nicholas)

  9. that italian friend was right. always put sugar in a homemade tomato pasta sauce. lots of sugar, lots of salt. all to taste. then add whatever else you want from there. for pizza you can add some black pepper, garlic, onion (fresh or powder), basil and parsley. a touch of mustard powder if youre feeling adventurous. for pasta i like my sauce simple. sugar, salt, basil. maybe a little garlic powder and cayenne if i am feeling spicy. for a meatball marinara i usually add a touch more salt and sugar than my pasta or pizza sauce to enhance the texture and moisture of the meat. anyone reading this… taste as you go! thats the number one thing that will help any chef keep the highest and most consistent quality of their food and the only way i learned how to make my red sauces.
the cost per portion is also lower than premade sauces and i usually make a bunch, portion it out, and freeze it. just sharing info for anyone in the comments who might be interested in making their own red sauce after seeing this vid!

  10. You went to the trouble to mention that Alfredo is actually an Italian dish and then proceeded to make it the American way with cream. No Italian would claim that is Alfredo. It is just parmesan cream sauce. Real Alfredo like the namesake restaurant is butter, parmesan and/or pecorino, and pasta water. That is it. But of course you can't then use the canned cheese like crap. Just say you are making American alfredo and all is good.

  11. My favorite thin crust to buy from a store is from Dollar tree and I will die on that hill. It's not terrible for you and you can do anything you want with it.
