This was so beautiful. My mom was bi-racial and they grew up in the 40-50’s so you know it was hard for them. It was 10 of them. Because my complexion was light ppl thought I was bi-racial and I grew up in the 60-70’s. But I lived in a predominantly African American community so it was not an issue for me. Today it’s not an issue because there are so many bi-racial families and I think ppl are more accepting today (well at least most ppl). This was good and I think families that have bi-racial children should teach their children both cultures. I think It’s important for the children to know their heritages. Keep up the good work.
