  1. I have jurisdiction over my laptop, over my YT input, and welcome the opportunity to comment on the absurdity of the pairing of Hamas leaders with Netanyahu by this juvenile ICC court which is attempting to throw around it's non-existent weight.

  2. ICC prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan . Does he sound like an impartial persecutor against Jews ? . I don't think so . ICC should be totally disbanded and all new people brought in . It's been infiltrated .

  3. I would say Israel is a semi-authoritarian or authoritarian state with some democratic institutions. If you look at their press freedom index, they’re number 101 slightly ahead of another ‘democracy’, Nigeria.

  4. Karim Khan knows perfectly that he can't legally sue Hamas leaders before the ICC, but he did it, and very late, to give an impression of impartiality by doing it at the same time as the Israeli leaders, ha! ha! ha! So obvious, that it is not worthy of respectable international legal issues.

  5. Rosa Freedman is a conservative commentator (writes for the Spectator) in case anyone wants to know where her allegiances lay. Not a partisan voice as you can probably all tell.

  6. In answer to the question, yes the ICC have jurisdiction since 2015 to arrest perpetrators of war crimes by Palestinian nationals and crimes that have taken place on Palestinian territory. I'm tired of this as a talking point. It's not up for debate and is just being used by media and pro Israel spokespeople to muddy the waters.

  7. if the Israeli courts worked there wouldn't be 700 000 thousand settlers in west bank . Israel cannot investigate it's crimes it doesn't make any sense

  8. The arrest warrant is not for Israelis jurisdiction but for those countries in the treaty. It means, if issued, they would need to arrest Bibi IF he travels to those countries.

  9. When it was against Russia, hurray!!!! But when it's against Israel, you argue about jurisdiction.
    Smh
I hope France will not hesitate to arrest either Putin or Netanyaho when either of them step foot in their territory.

  10. Ho-hum. The endless old compromise-averse all-demands-and-no-concessions’ stand of Palestinian nationalism. They refuse history. Anyone who opposes them is a war criminal.

  11. Let Benjamin Netanyahu continue with his activities in Gaza because he is innocent instead terrorists are the Hamas….ICC has no right to issue arrest warrant to Gallant & Benjamin because they defending their country…..

  12. Palestine has been a member of the ICC since 2015. This so called "expert" is a piece of work. Russia and Ukraine are not members either but the ICC still issued an arrest warrant for Putin. All 124 ICC member countries are legally obligated to arrest Netanyahu if he steps foot within their borders if there is an ICC warrant in place.

  13. ICC should not unnecessarily discredit itself by issuing warrants prematurely. Define self- defense, protection of citizens, prosecution of war in defense, vicarious liability of heads of government and defense forces in the heat and fog of war. Hostages are yet to be released, therefore, can it define the duty of government of Israel under these circumstances. What if hundreds of relatives of hostages insist on knowing the jurisdiction of ICC over hostage release and what efforts ICC has made to get them released and on what basis it prevents Israel government efforts to get them released especially by issuing warrants against Israel government leaders. Since self defense and hostages release had been delegated to IDF what vicarious liability be attached to PM Def Min. Is ICC a Super Government which can sit over judgment of duly elected governments and domestic judiciary??
