Assuming this is a diluant or H2O, I'd go with B. In option A, the pipette is barely in the solution so when it is pulled in the pipette, air will also be pulled in from the liquid becoming to low for more to be taken up. C isn't wrong but B is the answer, imo. That's also how I was taught and how I teach. Also, prewetting the tip, don't use the first pull, dispense back in carefully and use the 2nd or 3rd pull for the needed aliquot.
