Its all a scam. Yep, they have you lease the land for 50 years and after you built on it they may not renew your lease then you will be forced off. Then all your work and effort goes to someone else. The land commission doesn't have laws that protect foreigners who purchase land so you better be careful buying land in Ghana.
So If I buy a land from a chief, it's can't be freehold but if I try to sell it off, it becomes a lease hold. Am i correct
Hey Afia, I would like to contact you directly. Kindly provide me your direct number. I'm watching you from Ireland.
So what happens after the 99 years lease? Do you loose the land or what? Please I need clarification here
Wow what a great break down
Your location please 🙏 what is the average price of plot of land at all locations where you have land to sell.
Fifty years lease for black folks who doesn't born in Ghana.. Ummm
Is there a WhatsApp line we can contact for some of your lands pls
No one would have this problem if ghana wasn't scamming people.
ok so buy a land that has a 99 year lease hold on it, and then you build a home on that land, what happens after the 99 year hold lease is done?
If this a investment vechile yet you do not own it , nonsense if you do not own it then you are /or your next generation are not able to build wealth and transfer to the next generation. I am a Jamaican living in the USA , and I was thinking of selling everthing hear in the USA / Jamaica and move to Ghana , But this change my mind . May look at other country in africa that DO NOT have these rule . Why encourage people in the diaspora to come home , but yet you CANNOT own land , you want our money but not interest in us owning land and building wealth to pass on to the next generation .
White people owns prime land in Namibia , who are descended from former colonisers Germany and South Africa and make up 6% of the population, own 70% of the land. black diaspora could never own land in africa not even a plot
Pure scam diaspora might not own their home after 50 years??????

Excellent can the host help someone to register a Land ?
I was thinking to move to Ghana to buy a land, after watching this video i'm no longer interested, i think the Ghanaian government should change the senseless law about land
This is why Nigeria will be far better than Ghana in this perspective. In Nigeria 🇳🇬, its FreeHold. In Nigeria, once you own it, you own it for life.
LeaseHold in my opinion is the same mess in America where you pay taxes on a property for life simply because you dont own the land which means no freedom lol 😅😅
Avoid buying land in Ghana completely, it’s all a scam you can never own land in your so call mother land . they lease you the land for a silly 50 year lease
Thanks for sharing my friend 😢like they said all return welcome then they take your money and kick you out ofter those years up your family can't have it
I'm from jamaica was looking to move forward to Ghana to buy house and live but ofter watching this video I'm no longer interested to go
