  1. Thank you for this beautiful video! It was wonderful and informative! I just got back from Senegal and fell in love with this drink. I would like to make it at home using dried ditakh fruit. Is it possible and is the process the same? I am assuming I would just need to soak them in water first and then follow the rest of the instructions from this video?

    Also, is it possible to blend the fruit and then sift to make the juice instead of pounding it? I don't have a pounder but I have a blender. Thank you!
