  1. So obviously, they are going to investigate themselves and find themselves not guilty no body cameras no cameras not even in the trucks plain clothes honestly a freaking joke and who are we to go up against a freaking police force funded by the goverment honestly all this news article is just a waist it just get me mad sorry you lost your father

  2. "No information can be disclosed" means we're still trying to cover it up Don't you feel confident knowing that the ppl that committed MURDER, that what it was an unlawful killing of another person, are investigating the crime I already know the outcome of the case they will find "no wrong doing" by the police They were scared therefore they can do what they want FTP!!!

  3. Another Example That Cops Are Not Here For The People's Protection! Don't Think So? Pay Close Attention To Any Scene That They're Involved In & You'll Notice Cops Sewing Up Their Well Being First! Maybe They Should Have Gone Into Another Line of Work If They're So Scared?

  4. I would think that the only reason one should be investigating illegal dumping is because the land owner reported the problem first. That clearly did not happen here, so why did they not inform the land owner when the investigation started? The law enforcement officials were clearly in the wrong from the start since it was private property, and even law enforcement would need permission from the land owner to be there even if they were "investigating a crime.

When they got approached by the land owner and his son the first time, they should have announced themselves as law enforcement officials right away. I would think that this is not typically done by firing shots out through the windshield of your vehicle.

That whole family has suffered a great loss over things that could have easily prevented, and that makes it so much worse in my eyes. Then you have the fact that the son was right there and witnessed the entire thing from start to finish. When we had to take my mother off of life support, I could not be in the room when they did it because I would have freaked out so badly the cops MIGHT not be able to stop me.

The officers that decided to shoot first, and THEN worry about if you were trespassing while conducting an investigation over something as trivial as illegal dumping, should not only be fired, but also brought up on charges.

  5. $300 million and ONLY agree to a settlement once EVERY officer that was there is charged and convicted of murder, trespassing, and reckless public endangerment.
