This woman on the airplane kept her hair flowing over the back of her seat, which brushed against the man behind her. This became increasingly irritating to the man, and after what he felt were multiple attempts to address the issue (possibly by politely asking her to move her hair), he reacted poorly by cutting off a piece of her hair.
