  1. Well, we can add John Boyega to the list, but that’s not really a surprise. If you enjoyed the video a “like” or “subscribe” is appreciated. A share also goes a long way in helping the channel and could also get you a new friend. If you hate the Disney Star Wars films, imagine how John Feels.

  2. Force Awakens was such a strong starting point – but it turns out it was never a true trilogy. Insane. They blew it HARD
I also would have love them DOUNG SOMETHING with him and Rey romantically instead of Finn's one sided simping

  3. I found Rian Johnson’s treatment of Finn very racist. He didn’t bother to develop the character’s relationship with Rey. His portrayal of Finn’s recovery from his wounds struck me as insensitive, cartoonish, and offensive. Johnson seemed unable to make up his mind on what Finn’s character arc was supposed to be about.

He allowed Rose to label Finn as “cowardly”, because the latter wanted to leave the Resistance ship and warn Rey about the First Order. Apparently, Johnson thought it was okay for Rose to coerce Finn into remaining with The Resistance for “character development”. This goes completely against how Lucas portrayed Han Solo’s reluctance to join the Rebel Alliance in “A New Hope”. Although Luke tried to convince Han in remaining, Leia pointed out that Han had every right to make his own decision. I guess Johnson thought otherwise when it came to Finn.

But when Johnson had Rose lecture Finn about the evils of slavery, when he had been forced into becoming a stormtrooper ever since he was a child , I found her lectures ridiculous. This is not me bashing Rose’s character. This is me bashing Rian Johnson’s writing. Johnson kept creating scenes that gave Rose an opportunity to lecture Finn for the slimmest reasons. It seemed as if he wanted audiences to believe that Rose knew Finn better than he knew himself. This makes me wonder if Johnson viewed non-white people – especially those of African descent – as “childlike”. It certainly felt that way, when I last watched “The Last Jedi”. This was only confirmed when it was acknowledged that most of the scenes the rian deleted were about Finn.

  4. His character had so much potential and was really looking forward to this character being force sensitive.. The character had the potential for a great character arc.

  5. True!!! All the SW with little dum kid didnt ruin the Star Wars for me. It was still watchable. Not the best. But something.
But after watching anything new one, 7 8 9. If it would be on a dvd, after watching you can toss it straight in the bin. I wouldnt rewatch it. I woulnt recomend anyone watch it. And i definetly wont watch it with friends…

To anyone who hasnt seen "Everythig, Everywhere all at once". Movie of the frekin year! Definetly!

  6. He was the most interesting character on the force awakens to me,never really care about the pilot guy or rey that much,i remember theorys about him to become a jedi and were way more interesting that the rest of the cast…and then he awakes on the last jedi being some kind of c3p0/jar jar but way worst kind of a character…well everyone goes downhill on the the last jedi, but his character had the worst treatment, the pilot guy was humiliated by pink hair lady but he wasn't that interesting anyway.what a waste of a trilogy 🤮,i miss the feeling that they were making star wars movies again like whit rogue one or the force awakens, now it's like "oh no,please stop 😰,i had enough…"

  7. How could you enjoy TFA? The writting was on the wall from the moment Rey Mysterio got into the Falcon and made her best Toreto impression, I knew it was going to be trash

  8. Remember when nobody mentioned, or cared that Lando was black? He was just Lando. And he kicked ass. Now we HAVE to have the stupid labels on everyone. The people claiming to be offended are inventing this stuff from thin air to get attention. Disgusting. Boyega is a biotch.

  9. I liked Finn because it was super interesting to get this idea about a stormtrooper who changes sides … why couldnt we have had this cool story of Finn tryna deprogram people try and convert more of the stormtroopers to unbrainwash them and get them to join the republic… with his big bad being Phasma which he eventually confronts… on top of all that he should have been able to have a romance with Rey who then has to choose between being with Finn or becoming a Jedi where love isnt allowed… maybe Rey changes and makes a new way to be a Jedi with love allowed abit like what qwaigon would have tried to achieve… Rey and Finn get to be together and get to take down the empire… what if Rey and Ben Solo turn out to be related!!!! Maybe Han had a son illegitimately before he met Leya and that son had a daughter one day and left her because he's a scammer or gets in trouble …. finn could have had challenges on both sides people in the republic who didn't believe people could be converted, extremists in the first order who wouldn't be reprogrammed, just all sorts of interesting places u can take it… maybe together we start to look into the war machine the dealers the profiteers on both sides… what was the second one about some bullshit where people are getting chased then there's a fight… its garbage… then what the fuck is somehow palpatine returns? The last one was … yuck… disgusting… the last one would have been great to reveal about Han having another son, finding out about the family connection's and tryna make it right… han didn't know himself even it was just one of those things that happened in space and they lost touch and this woman had to raise a child who grew up without a dad … reys dad should make up for leaving her, resolve the reason he left her and maybe he can be around maybe we find him workin for arms dealers and we bring an end to it

  10. The main reason i wanted to watch Force Awakens was that glimpse of Finn holding the light saber and facing off against Kylo Ren. I was eagerly waiting for that face off throughout the movie, only to be hit with a woke pan on the face.
Even the plot of a runaway storm trooper was amazing. Atleast they could've tried something new with the protagonist not being a jedi and being a storm trooper or even a storm trooper turned jedi.

  11. The thing is, Finn only was in Star Wars to be a quota black guy there to help other racist blacks to identify with a franchise completely fucked up by idiotic writers, shit stories, abysmal acting (Ridley 🤢) and a “blame the racist misogynistic fans for not loving our crap) marketing campaign. He’s a prop, nothing more. Didn’t even make it on the poster for China. Like this hilarious body positivity Asian Rose F*ck you or Tico or something. Sadly Disney lacks the spine to be openly racist but pretends that those forgettable characters play any role in a universe without anything remotely like consistent lore or storytelling. Jar Jar Abrams took three iterations to kill Star Trek but just one movie to bury Star Wars under the pile of bullshit he calls directing. Probably because Star Trek always had a thing for pointless action scenes back to back and Captain Kirk ripping his shirt off to fight for the future of the federation and the galaxy hand to hand. Before finally being swapped out for a depressed, insecure and obviously narcissistic woman of color in ST discovery. What killed the franchise equally comprehensive.

So John, be a good boy and get back to work on Disneys plantation. 🤷🏻‍♂️

  12. I loved Finn in TFA, he was the character I was really rooting for. You could tell he had fight in him but he was also afraid of what the FO was capable of. This coming from an ex-stormtrooper hits pretty hard. Then we got the scene on Starkiller Base when he ultimately decides to stand up and confront the literal face of the FO, Kylo Ren! He got his ass kicked but this was the moment we saw his true confidence and what he was capable of. With the premise of the first movie, I thought he was gonna start a stormtrooper rebellion, turn the FOs own soldiers against them. But no, in the words of John Boyega, "Fuck all". Finn could have been the best part of the sequels, EASILY. Disappointed the Hell out of me to see what they did to him in TLJ for no reason whatsoever.

  13. I'm left to wonder how Angela Water utter, being a former Mid-East reporter, would feel to the treatment of "Women and/or People of Color" in her Jewish homeland of Israel.
This not "whataboutism" but to show the glaring hypocrisy that many of these virtue signallers are willing to entertain as second nature.

  14. Ok Finn in force awakens was pretty much the only thing I liked in it, I thought he was gonna be the main character, if he became a Jedi he could have been one of the coolest Star Wars characters ever, but then they bring up Rey, and all the sequels which ruined Star Wars I believe. Where is Disney finding these people. They hired Kevin fuige (I don’t care how you spell his name) and whoever the hell was in charge of the sequels, both these people ruined 2 of my favourite franchises, Kevin was hired just after endgame also look what happened after endgame the movies went downhill.

  15. I didn't want to mention the only reason you got hired, Boyega but you know it and I know it. If I were you I'd enjoy the ride and also shutup, saince you were handed a role a million actors would sell their soul for.

  16. The way that J J Abrams pitched the role to John Boyega was that he was going to be the new star of Star Wars. Maybe that was the initial plan, and maybe that plan came up against resistance from Kathleen Kennedy, who wanted a female to be the new star of Star Wars instead. He was literally the first character of the new movies that anybody saw, and the fact that he was a stormtrooper was even more interesting. All of that potential, wasted. Reminds me of what happened with Ray Fisher and his character Cyborg, when Joss Whedon got his hands on it. Are there any real black movie stars anymore? If they're including people of colour purely to tick a box on their inclusivity list, then they're actually doing more harm than if they didn't hire them in the first place.

  17. This character is the equivalent to a black Jar Jar Binks. Such an insignificant and anoying portrayal. Same goes for this infernally repulsive and unbeleivable Rey woman character. And don't even bring up Solo and Leiah's son…

  18. I honestly don’t mind the sequels that much, though they definitely are nowhere near the quality of the OT. But I think your arguments and evidence are sound. Another sensible voice pointing out the disgusting moral bankruptcy of woke culture.
