Gambian food is amazing , so tasty and spicy , i would like this with some root vegetables , and spicy spinach & okra.
I live in the UK and this would make a wonderful winter dish , coming home on a cold evening to this, Mmm nothing better.
Hello! What is the cut of meat used here, please?
Thanks 🙏🏿 I made some yesterday for my friends to break our fast. They loved it 🥰
Wow wow 👌
Yummy 😋 recipe. Thanks for sharing.
Where can you find the liquid smoke here in the gambia?
"dibi/afra' as a young kid with a Gambian mom & a Senegalese dad, I love it! I no longer eat meat but you truly awoken my taste buds.🥺
You are the first other woman that I have met with my nickname, Dada. I'm American, but my roots are in the Haute Casamance.
Sis it that lamb or beef????
, good
You make me hungery…thanks for the Afra Video💟
Very nice and pretty. Thank you sis🙏
I had afra in the gambia in the 90s. It was very tasty. It was perfect. I saw many recipes here, ppl put soya sauce and different stuff in it but no maggi cubes 😱😱😱😱😱 how ?
Your afra is beautiful. Just the way I remember it. Not many ingredients. I love cew Kong too, lol but long time I didn't have it. There's no Kong here 😭
Thank you so much. Now I know that steak and cheese was inspired by Afra. Question may I use a towa to grill the meat?
I miss you my friend! Your account is growing so much! Nama nala torop. I was one of your first supporters. I hope you remember me,
