  1. Bullshit… that’s what they say till they demolish your newly acquired asset. If you have common sense, halt property buying in 2024 or till this rubbish is over.

  2. Nola sold itunu residential with promise to make it habitable by April last year. A year after, nothing is happening there and he is busy selling more land in itunu city. The investors don't even have access to him and he has given no update. He he is here running his mouth about expansion. Is he for real? I wish I can get my money back. Same with Dukia africa. Nola tell us what's going on with Itunu residential.

  3. Please do not build or buy real estate in Lagos for your own good. Don’t fall victim to the scam. Trick me once shame on you, trick me twice shame on me. 😁😁😁😁😁

  4. No foundation of any structure at all should even start without government Approval, that's why i would rather question the effectiveness of Lagos government, and all the land surveying agencies involved. You can't wait for people to buy and build only for you to come and demolish overnight, this is total wickedness.

  5. Worst is what is happening in the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos state, the land owners are defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians by selling their lands. These properties has no documents backing it and nobody is being refunded.

  6. Removing illegal structures on water channels, drainages, airport security routes, NNPC pipelines routes, NEP high tension cable routes is NOT an ethnic issue. It is for the safety and security of all. We should be educating people on the need to follow due process before buying or building

  7. The problem in Nigeria is lack of due diligence inspection and governance regime . I never go on here say as it is nit evidence . The whole system needs an over haul from top to bottom . Let’s remember all the collapsing buildings is an issue too

  8. I am a diasporan and i applaud the LASG in restoring sanity to a lawless people. Nigerians will try to create an alternative narrative when the chaos and lawlessness they are used to is challenged. My hope is that the govt won`t relent in demolishing all unapproved and illegal structures. For a few thousand dollars you can hire a lawyer to make sure any property you purchase is free from any issues. Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die. We are an indisciplined people and i m glad the govt is not taking it.

  9. The commissioner said majority of the properties in Lagos do not have proper titles. Are you saying that the properties that your company, Veritas is marketing is the minority that have good title?
    I doubt.

  10. The real answer to what Nigerians want in diaspora is that dont build house on drainage channel dont build under power dont build in government aquisition land and your house willl be safe
