  1. I used my car for 20years ,before buying another car in 2018,also I'm mortgage free ,trying to put my only Child on property ladder. I'm coming up to 60years old.

  2. Great content.
In your 20s, invest in yourself such as getting education in careers that will compensate well, getting graduate degrees, improve your skills at work, start a business. Start saving at least 15% of your income and investing in your 20s. Gradually increase your savings rate and save and invest at least 20% of your income by your 30s. Invest your savings in index funds or ETFs such as ftse 100 etf, ftse 250 etf or S&P 500 etf. Investing in these funds is pretty straight nowadays. You can open a brokerage account online with financial institutions like vanguard uk like you will open a bank account and even automate the monthly withdrawal of your investment from your account. If you can stick to these throughout your career, after 30-35 years, you should have millions of pounds or dollars by retirement.
    Thanks!

  3. We should learn from whoever we can without their personal life failures and weakness. Too much emotions in everything we do. Must someone be God or pure before we can learn something from them? You can learn from a fool. Look at our thinking. The British parliament once had a blind man as home secretary. Can you imagine something like that happening in any African State?

  4. Great content, my take. Try to get a well paid professional career, have multiple income streams of income, spend less than you earn, learn about personal finance and investments and invest wisely diversifying.

  5. This a very good topic. Work and plan for your old age, because believe me time flies, by the time you look , you’re 60 and the energy is no more there, it’s good to be ambitious , while you’re young.

  6. Phrankleen this is one of the best sessions you’ve put together. We need more of this. We need to break the cycle and spread information on how to control and grow finances/ financial freedom. Not just looking like we’re middle class or rich without the mindset. We need to look at a win-win situation for us and those v]coming after us. Step by step.

  7. Why is the SEND WAVE not working here in CANADA? This is enlightening, breathtaking and eye opening 👍.Do you know any INVESTMENTS PORTFOLIO, really scared of FRAUD expecially in NIGERIA. I think that is the issue most people have as well. The white folks wouldn't defraud eachother. A typical NAIJA mentality, once they know you have money. They'll be thinking how you'll be DEFRAUDED 💔

  8. In addition to Trust style of money management, check out Dave Ramsey"s debt snowball on YouTube. Dave's approach is very holistic and proven. It compliments Phrankleen and Trust's concepts.
