A former officer at a top-secret Russian nuclear weapons facility has revealed the secrets of life at the base after deserting from the country.

Anton, not his real name, said the nuclear weapons base he was serving at was put on full combat alert on the day of Russiaโ€™s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

  2. If you cannot work just resign the job. Dont betray putin because the fate of those people who betrayed him did not end well. No matter where they fled. Wagnor chief and another Russian Pilot who fled to Spain are great examples

  3. Perhaps Russia could keep this guy (Anton) "in situ".
    He seems to present plausibly and insists on debunking assertions/rumors that Russian nuclear weaponry is dilapidated.
    My view is that he is a good source in relation to (what is almost undeniably) the immense nuclear strength of Russia.
