I thought Ken Mijungu is a lawyer! Where in the law does it say the President can "save" anyone from impeachment? I am no legal expert but I think I know two things better than Ken. One Ruto is the President not the imperial king of Kenya to just meander and crisscross jurisdictions fwaa. Second, Parliament is an Independent institution….. NO!…. an independent ARM of govt. The Executive has no business instructing the other arms of govt on how to conduct their business. Hebu someone please pass Ken one of those yellowing 14-year old copies of the katiba.
