Smart people educate themselves continuously throughout life. A lot of people who went to college are compromised by their own smugness. They don’t need to continue their education because they already did that. Go to college has made them arrogant and stupid.

is there any substantial difference between the two parties with regards to the lower-mid classes while still addressing medium long term responsibilities (pollution, human habitat management etc…ignoring that is very costly) ? Short answer is yes. It’s an insult to think that ‘people of color’ will just follow the Democratic Party.
I think the democratic party has to understand that on average, Latinos and Afro-Americans are not far left as the democratic party is or the typical college educated white neo-liberal.
