  1. I’m Moroccan & I can tell you this isn’t a traditional Moroccan breakfast. Most Moroccans eat Bread, butter, honey, jam, cheese, omelette, olive oil, olives & Green tea with mint or coffee.

  2. Beautiful! I would only emphasize that 5 minutes is too long for the eggs. The yolk must be half liquid! If you don't believe me, try it. The difference between solid yolk and liquid ones is like night and day!

  3. Don't try this recipe. It's not traditional and not even 1 percent like it's supposed to be. I'm morrocan trust me.
    No need yellow tomato don't be special usual tomato is also good and a much bigger amount without paprica if u use paprica it's another dish but u have to simmer much longer till u get kinda chutney. U made our ancestors cry 😭😭😭

  4. This is not Moroccan and Moroccans cool with olive oil and never ever cook with cheese and do not know Parmesan cheese. This is a made up receipe and until the Parmesan it is more like an Afghan breakfast recepe. This a false receipe and no one in Morocco make it.

  7. Watched this with my Moroccan husband and we are confused. It looks tasty but this is NOT Moroccan. Traditional Moroccan breakfast is bread with oils, cheese, honey, maybe some olives, almond butter and always tea.

  8. В Турции это блюдо готовили еще во времена Величественной Порты, а называют его до сих пор "менемен" (ударение – на последний слог, как, собственно, практически во всех тюркских словах). Всем здоровья!
