  1. Omg thank you chef! Yummy! I can’t stress enough how important it is to season your bitter balls whiles boiling it. And you can also boil the balls multiples times like two or three times by removing the water and addin in new water each time if you want less of tht bitter taste. I made some the other day and forgot to season the balls whiles boilin and omg it was hard to bring flavor to the already bitter balls, so definitely season durin cookin and season again whiles adding your meat. lesson learned
