D arrest and unlawful detention of Dele Farotimi and the failure of Affe Babalola to Challenge Dele Farotimi in the Court, is a clear Confirmation of the way he is described in the said book. And perhaps A Babalola is in d meantime arranging with the Judiciary on whose Court should entertain the case.

I am disappointed that some Nigerian are not happy to see Dele in handcuffs. MLK was arrested in Montgomery Alabama and handcuffed for civil disobedience. Many real civil rights activists have lengthy records of arrest in handcuffs. Breaking a ceiling glass is not by mouth alone and been there and done it. Real activists do not involve in partition politics as some unsuccessful lawyers in Nigeria. My advice to Nigerian activists is to emulate Chief Gani and Anikulapo tactics.

Lawyer Afe Babalola has lost it and demented and so is the Attorney General of Ondo state. I'm surprised that Abati, a lawyer, is sitting there listening to non lawyers talk without guiding them. Defamation or libel can be both civil and criminal. In a civil type, it's the defamed person who approaches the court, in the criminal type, the police are the ones who prosecute ie takes the accused to court on receiving a petition from the defamed person. Nobody can insist that the defamed person MUST pursue a civil action only! In the case of a civil action, the worst punishment is a fine. A defamed person can say a fine will do him no good and will rather see the person who defamed him, jailed which can only be done by going the criminal defamation route as Afe Babalola has done. If Farotimi has evidence of what he's written, why all the noise? He will prove it and be free in no time but if he can't, no amount of SM noise will stop him from going to jail.The law must take it's course!
