The judiciary is no difference from agbero at moto park
What's this man talking about, the 25 law makers decided to leave the party that put them into the office and by so doing, they have abandoned their seat and longer should be regarded as a law maker. They should go and run under the party they've declared their loyalty too period
You get the mind to call the judiciary partisan because the rulings are not what you want to hear. lol continue
Poor journalism. There was an action carried out by Ehie on 13th of December 2023, declaring the seats vacant. That conduct has not been challenged or set aside. Why not take cognizance of that fact which is the fact presented before the Court.
Why are you asking biased question without reference to section 109g of the constitution
Do you question the justice omotosho ruling Deji? You are asking if Rivers judiciary is bias?
You don't jump to the appeal court with a case without exhausting the case at the high court. The high court is well in its rights to continue the hearing.
My opinion is this, the NJC should sanction the judge who made this pronouncement
Our court is now a mess, when you go against a state government in a state high court we already know that judgement will favour state government same as federal government. The executive arm has captured both the judicial and legislative arm of government in Nigria.
This case is already in court of Appeal and some people are still going to state high Court.
The case is already in Federal Appeal Court Port Harcourt.
