Reigning African Rally Champion Karan Patel will be seeking to launch his title defense tomorrow when the Pearl of Africa Rally flags off in Jinja city with a super special stage at Bujagali Falls. Patel, who missed last year’s Pearl of Africa Rally, says he is not worried about the rain during the event.
