Great points, with looming food insecurity these indigenous crops can be part of the solution. As we increase access to there crops my hope it doesn't become a novelty because of the pricing. We have a lot to learn from Nigerians and Mozambiquans, their traditional food is more accessible in South Africa in areas where they have large communities than South African traditional food. There food follows them and is a big business for them. There are many lessons there.
