Dear Meek Mill….

Meek Mill must be feeling a lot like one of his songs right now … because his day is “Going Bad” — after he asked what seemed an innocent question on X.

The Philly-born rapper took to the social media network formerly known as Twitter Saturday morning where he asked his followers if he’s big on other continents … specifically Africa.

  1. 😂😂it's funny how Ghanaians are even more angry abt the whole thing than Nigerians & SA.. it's not like Ghanaians are top 50 on the streaming list of any musician songs 😂and definitely not meek Mills, una never even see money buy data subscription finish or to subscribe to Spotify and other streaming platforms 🤡🤡😂

  2. Sheldon, I think the Nigeria bit is a separate question. He’s basically asking how both South Africans and Nigerians consume his music.

Point still remains though that he could have done a lil research!!!

  3. They think Africa is like apartment building.
    Basement Togo
    1st floor Nigeria
    7th floor Kenya
    10 floor Uganda
    25th floor Ghana
    Blahh blahh blahh blah
    Nonsense

  4. It’s crazy everyone praising how y’all broke it down. Again y’all still missing the point and I love how he got y’all talking, that’s why he is laughing 😂 after the tweet. Apple Music and YouTube don’t belong to any African company. Can y’all name 3 distribution companies because the Apple Music and YouTube is not an African distribution company

  5. Kwadwo when you come to America, you’ll realize this video is so unnecessary
Firstly, most Americans (blacks) have a certain way they speak English
Secondly, the “or Nigeria “ meant he was asking how Nigerians stream his music too. The asked about those two countries because his metrics must have shown that these two countries streams his music more.
Thirdly, you guys are trying to denigrate Nigeria as usual by misinterpreting his tweet to mean something else so as to cause issues between SA and Nigeria to your delight. If not, why bring in amapiano talk? Nigerians have NEVER claimed amapiano. Smh

  6. Ngl I don’t blame them. I get this all the time. "You’re African” even though I specify “I’m Ghanaian”. It’s the way the white people portray us here that’s why the others think of us the way they do.
