  1. Interns were abandoned by their union in May. No doctor will agree to go on strike and abandon pay on account of interns when their union leaders continue to reap benefits

  2. I feel very sad as an engineer to listen to this sad story. Who told our politicians that intern doctors are tranees recruits? In engineering, fresh graduates are taken on employment as graduate engineers with full salaries for that level. They work ( do real work) under supervision by experienced engineers at different engineering expertise career growth. That's how doctors worldwide develop their expertise. At every level in these expertise fields, there is always someone more experienced than you. Do you then become an intern at every level of career growth? Why try funny things while it's well known worldwide how things are done.

  3. A good conversation for citizens to listen to. Very disconcerting. We need doctor's in Kenya , this is such a bleak picture painted for an essential service and need. Very poor prioritisation by the Executive on fund allocation. This needs to be resolved yesterday. The Medical Interns need to be heard.
