  1. Media should stop this Idea of Having politicians debate . We have seen too much of this. Instead educate the masses about political rights and developments by inviting non-partisan. Media Yiou can do better. We have eaten enough political debates. Shape the Society differently by rising above these debates.

  2. The rich will buy them then rent to the builders who are offered opportunity of jobs or those posted outside by the government to work with $ or Euro, Western parts as slaves as the houses are not for class of doctors etc

  3. The irony is mindblowing. Koech: the courts ruled that the old law was discriminatory against payslip earners, so we went and amended it to give the minister discretionary authority to exempt "certain" Kenyans. So in other words, we think we cured discriminatory law by re-writing it to allow discretionary discrimination. Wah🤕😂

  4. Koech you have no confidence while talking because you know very well that thousands of university graduates are so frustrated with no jobs. Be realistic. Now you want to tax them. Young Kenyans have given up. THIS IS A SCAM PERIOD.

  5. Do not come to lie to people about affordable housing. Children can not go to schools. Over taxing Kenyans , do you think mama mboga selling onions worth 1000sh will be able to afford those houses? This is a scam. You luck exposure.

  6. This kk plans to pulling enough money for campaign in 2027 because this people are not honest in anything,,3.5 million and they call that affordable ? Even 80 percent of government employees cannot afford it.

  8. Regardless taxes should be payed it be used for housing for health care education roads civil servants salaries development in general na hayo yote na mkopo watu hawana haya kupinga kulipa ushuru ni ujinga tupu

  9. 8:43 .. jackass ! I bet he lives in a gated community with 100% 24h utilities !

The poor people who sell avocado and carrots in the market will give 50% of their daily earnings if they can be guaranteed affordable food , clothing , shelter , transportation!

    Education
    Health
    Vacation
    Investment
    Pension !

    What else is needed !

Tax the people but provide what they need ! You baldheaded bastard

  10. 80% of Kenyans don't need affordable houses that's why they decided to disobey court orders and go parliamentary way. And if the bill was good for the Kenyans, why would the parliament vote publicly instead of private ballot 🗳 😂😂😂

  11. If the government was taxing us these funds to upgrade our public primary and secondary schools, equiping them with good structures , labs etc or better health structures around the country, or construction of mega-dams to ensure food security we would support, but houses for the rich, this was a scam from the beginning. these houses would have worked in urban centres like kisumu, mombasa, nairobi, nakuru but under county -national govt cordination. slum upgrade first then use the available county lands to construct and rent to locals

  12. Do KK government has another agenda 😮😮😮 or everyday will be speaking of housing??

is this only priorities for Kenyans, the more they're pushing it the more we ask why???
