Hey, yaโ€™ll! Welcome to DAY 7 of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Todayโ€™s practice is a LOVING-KINDNESS FLOW. During this practice we will be doing some heart opening & fairly gentle movement. We end with a short loving-kindess meditation. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed.   1. Loving Kindness meditation is one of the first guided meditations I experienced. It was reccomended by a therapist who incorporated some Buddhist mindfulness and Qi Gong into her practice.

  4. i definitley feel the difference in my body now when i do certain stretches even when i sit lotus! when i first started my hips were sooo tight and now i can bow deeper into the poses ! namaste my love <3

  6. Greetings Nico, As alwaysโ€ฆa wonderful practice. I'm off on the days because I also practice with another group. I get in on your classes when I'm not practicing with the other group. I'm determined to get through all 30 days of your practice. It's beautiful! Thanks for giving of yourself to others ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. I was kind to myself by modifying poses that exacerbate my shoulder injury. I don't have to be on competition with me that could do those poses pain free. I am kind to me where I am. Right now.
