Hey, yaโ€™ll! Welcome to DAY 23 of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Todayโ€™s video is yoga for NON-ATTACHMENT also known as APARIGRAHA. For this practice we will be doing heart opening postures to strengthen our sense of self Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that donโ€™t feelโ€ฆ

  3. Day 23. Thank you. The non attachment affirmations are helpful. I've been waiting on a piece of mail to arrive for a while. Rather than focusing on the negative feelings of late mail I learned from a phone call that the mail can be sent to my email address. It's those everyday moments that can cause unneeded stress if we attach ourselves to it.

  4. I found myself keeping a steady even breath throughout the practice. my asthma hasnโ€™t bothered me in a few days thanks to my daily practice. I loved this video and found myself only being mindful of the right here and now. ๐Ÿ’Ÿ๐Ÿ’“โ˜ฎ๏ธ

  5. Had to play catch-up today, doing days 23 and 24 (anyone else have that cruddy cough that is so tiring?). Glad I did. I always breathe more easily afterwards, and this series has given me so much, in every way. Thank you.

  6. Look at the universe! I'm experiencing a great deal of overwhelm and frustration in my life right now and this practice today was perfectly timed and really helped me feel better about it all. I'm so grateful for this class today thank you Nico. I'm about to go into my day and more than likely will encounter more frustration but I'm really going to try and hold onto this feeling. I may even come back this evening and do the class again! See you tomorrow xx
