Hey, yaโ€™ll! Welcome to DAY 18 of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Todayโ€™s video is a FORGIVENESS practice. Weโ€™ll be doing backbends to open the heart, & forward bends & hip openers to release emotions. We end with some affirmations. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any posturesโ€ฆ

  2. this was incredible to do back to back with day 17's core workout, I was still shaking from that video and this one was a beautiful cool down. It helped me realize that I've been slowly releasing and forgiving ex friends from a recent break up, and that felt really good to double down on the fact that I am in a place of forgiveness and not resentment or holding onto past hurts. I was also able to do a little jump/hop in the day 17 video, to meet my feet at my hands and it felt really good! that was the first time I've been able to do that, or even think about trying

  3. Happily chugging along this challenge, going in my own time ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ this flow felt very peaceful and gentle I enjoyed practicing it in my backyard. Next up sculpt day 2!! Iโ€™m currently participating in both of these challenges hehe

  4. Grand rising Nico, yesterday and today made me realize I am not late on this practice but I am right on time it lines on point with what I am dealing with and I thank you for this challengeโ€ฆ.

  5. Today's practice was needed, I was struggled with feelings of anger and I definitely let that go of a lot of it. I'm going to keep saying the affirmations throughout my dayโค thank you Nico

  6. Thank you for getting me through hard times. I was doing yoga everyday until my iron deficiency became severe. Had an infusion and started to feel better slowly. Thanks for helping me connect with my body again.

  7. This series has definitely been such a great experience because I feel so aligned with all parts of my being. The flow of the whole routine is intuitive as always. Ever since I've been watching your videos my fitness journey has transformed from dread to joy. I am so glad I found you. I am really am glad that I've been doing so well in my mind, body, and soul thanks to you. โค

  8. Before: forgiveness yes please, forgive myself, forgive others, this song I have on repeat right now is Letting Go by Janelle Monet! So letting go my anger at myself for not being fully caught up! ๐Ÿ˜†

  9. this was such a beautiful practice. lol i smoked a little bowl before i started it but girl my hipsssssssss are so open rn.

  10. I am behind a few days, but I am catching up. When your body starts acting brand new like you never did a yoga pose sometimes its annoying but this practice today is telling me it is okay and to forgive my body and my mind. Do you what you can and donโ€™t stress over what you cannot do. I will be back in a little while to do Day 19, and then Day 20 before I go to bed.   11. So many things to forgive! Not least of all my body for not allowing me to get my hips low to the ground and keep my heels on the floor! I'll get there and I'm grateful to my body for allowing me to do what I can and to you Nico for a great class. See you tomorrow. xx
