Hey, yaโ€™ll! Welcome to DAY 16 of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Todayโ€™s video is a HEART CHAKRA practice. The Heart Chakra is located in the chest & is responsible for love & compassion. Many of the poses we do will open the heart to help activate this chakra. We end with some affirmations.   2. Day 16 thank you. I haven't performed the nostril breathing exercise before. Felt like more air was going through my body than using two nostrils.

  4. Day 16 done!! I love your challenge. It doesnโ€™t hurt as bad when I partially fold my legs. I am getting better. I bet by day 30. I will be able to fold them completely ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

  5. Today was great! Multiple good feelings throughout I needed it. Still trying to catch up on my practice โ˜บ๏ธbut no rush Iโ€™ll as long as I complete the videos and continue this has been great for my mental health this year so far Iโ€™m truly feeling calm and myself.

  7. wow my body almost felt like it was floating after that breathing technique at the end. Iโ€™m gonna do a video tomorrow morning and again before bed because itโ€™s my last day off before Iโ€™m back to work again. the peace and presence I feel after every video is so precious to me. see you tomorrow! ๐Ÿ’Ÿ

  10. I missed a few days of this 30 day challenge โ˜น๏ธ but this was a great and very relaxing way to ease back into the flow. My chest often feel really tight and this practice had me feeling much lighter after. I really appreciate the breathing techniques that help with anxiety.
