Hey, yaโll! Welcome to DAY 15 of the BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 DAYS OF YOGA TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Todayโs video is an EMOTIONAL RELEASE FLOW. We will be doing poses that open the hips to help release emotions & we end with a short emotional release meditation. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. This had me absolutely boohooing at the end lol. It was so needed, I could physically feel the block being released and then it was heavy breathing followed by the floods. I did some tarot before this video related to my inner child, so when I saw that day 15 was an emotional release I knew it would be strong.
As far as what I've noticed from doing yoga daily has been overall strength improving. I can hold plank more easily, and lower myself down more slowly rather than just dropping down. I can also get through videos with less impatience, which has been a big barrier for me doing yoga and finding stillness
Feeling really good. Proud of myself for getting on the mat daily even though I may be tired

The shoulder stretch was a challenge but I was able to do it I did pause though for a second today was a good yoga stretch day thank you โค

Wow day 15 already. So far I can get my heels to touch the floor when I do downward dog now. Walking up feeling more calm. Less stressed. Spiritually more aware of my surroundings. Im enjoying the yoga thanks Nico.
The happy baby pose got me, I'm not that flexible. Is there any way I can practice for this pose one leg at a time?

thank you very much for today, I was feeling so negative this morning and I was judging myself for it but now I just myself feel and be, I'm very proud for doing the first 15 days without anyday off )
Since I started the 30 days I've been having a tough time feeling such heavy emotions and intense dreams, I'm starting to realise I'm releasing lifetimes of deep trauma and blocked emotions, Thank you for the yoga lessons โค the 1000 leaf lotus is opening one petal at a time ๐ชท๐๐
nico you are a goddess, this one was amazing. i love coming to my yoga mat for a good think. iโm a few days behind but iโm right on track โค
Thank you, I've noticed a definite shift in my mindset since starting this challenge. I'm. More balanced! I've also noticed a difference in my posture! Showing up for me every day has helped me to trust myself more!โคโคโค

Ive had to play catch up on this journey bc life stay life-ing ๐๐ , but I want to say I didnt realize how much my body needed this release. I cried many tears and felt sooo strong after the release.
