  8. I am 60 years old. I am fat and my weight is 214 lbs. I started my medical diet. And I walk every day for about 50 minutes, and 50 minutes on the elliptical trainer. It's a routine… Today I found these dances… I thought No No!!! I can't!!! So… I did it! Yes, it was so fast for me and I moved slower…… But I really enjoyed it, it was so much fun and not tiring. I will continue. Even though I am 60 years old and fat, I have my goal. I don't want to be a fat old lady!!!😁

  10. Honestly I did not feel the burn like I thought BUT the results this work out gives you 10/10
    I’ve been doing this work out for half a month and I see results. I could see that my love love handles have
    flatten on one side and the other side is getting there. (Probably just me)
    I will weigh myself at the end of the Month to see if there was any results
