Dahabiyas used to be the main way tourists got up and down the Nile River before the steamboats showed up. A Nile cruise on a Dahabiya will be a slower way to get around, but that’s not a bad thing! Some of these sites along the Nile can ONLY be accessed on a Dahabiya Nile River cruise. So is it worth it? We say YES!
