Daapa et Kossan – Guinea Food


In this video, I will show you a traditional recipe from Guinea that we call Daapa, it can be served with a soup called folere or a yogurt called kossan.
I hope you will love the recipe.
Ingredients:
For the daapa
500 g of dried corn
Some pumpkin
salt
3 l of water
For theKossan:
500 g of milk powder
1.5l of room temperature water
0.5 l of hot water
