  1. Who is no one ? Football announcers don't seem to have much of a problem announcing them millionaire players names out on that field. They take the time to try it's their job.

  2. White people stay in our business. They want to be Us so bad..They need to worry more about getting therapy for jealousy and hatred of Black people💯💯❤️

  3. Thats why I'm planning to get a legal name change. The name "Soul" is what I will have. The word Soul is apart of Black American Culture, its simple and Unique. Thats why I love it.

  4. That's interesting bc I've often wondered the same thing as Karen. BUT, I did kinda love Demetria's take on it, especially: GET YOUR OWN THEN U CAN BE AQUANETTA 😅

  5. They have no problem with any asian name, indian name, weird european name, but when it gets tonus all of a sudden their just having the hardest time pronouncing it.

  6. This people can always pretend not to know how to pronounce our names even if it is a 2 letter name,in South Africa majority of us uses African names and they'll still get it wrong and still show element of microaggression.I can simply say that they are stupid, period 🙄. You listen to the tone of the name, is that simple.

  7. I don’t necessarily like white names like Matthew and Jeremy but some ppl get crazy with the names some of the names or so ridiculously ghetto it’s not even funny nothing wrong with having a unique name but some of us black folks be picking some ugly ass names sometimes

  8. 🤔"Frankly it shouldn't be any other ethnic groups of people what name a person should have☝️"if I would have had a choice to name myself" I personally would have done that ( quiet as it's kept )😅 mmmm.

  9. There are nice names like, " Ngqungquthela, Ntshantshu, Xibixibi or Xakuxaku which are beautiful even in their vibration and them wyt folks should consider when naming their kids😊

  10. Hey esau, we have always had exotic names since we were created, and is better than being called george and edward. And our names reflect who we really are of which are related to us as being jews, and which also have meaning . I would rather be called Kunta Kinti rather than being called, fred

  11. Other immigrants come and came to America is and are pronouncing there cultural languages along with being schooled with English language. There's books in elementary school with Spanish and English to help their culture, Where is the so called African American culture books, that should have been in America schools. Oh dear Yah

  12. If you were born before the 60s, you weren’t likely to have an unusual name. This woman is longing for those days and everything that came with it. To embrace our unique names is to reject whiteness.

  13. Them folks are just miserable and obviously they are missing the good old days "when everyone new their place " . The problem is that this is the new future that them folks will have to get used to.

  14. Funny, about the "hard to get a job" I get a lot of interviews but, no joke, when I go in they say, "Oh! I didn't… you look different than I thought". It don't change a damn thing

  15. Indians, Arabs, and Asians all have hard to pronounce names. But that’s not an issue right? The time is taken to learn to pronounce those names correctly and find it “exotic” 😒

  16. I am African American and after I get my genetics test. I'm giving my child an African name and probably a middle name directly from my ancestral blood (for ex: if I'm majorly Nigerian, then his middle name will be Nigerian)

  17. I think the White woman is wrong, you can do what yo want with your children. Although some of those names clearly come from ignorance. I remember one black girl named Naranja. Anyway it happens nowadays in all cultures, in Cuba they (people in general) do that too, there's a guy called Usnavy which clearly is US Navy. Now, why do you say Karen and not White woman, or White jerk or whatever. Would you like to be referred to as a Laquisha or a DeMario? Give respect if you want to be respected. I don't respect anybody (White or Black or purple) that stereotypes from another race.

  18. That lady is just nit picking. Some parents like to get creative with how they spell their kids name, which is a challenge for English speakers if English rules don't apply. I think the hardest names to pronounce is names w/ 10 or 15 letters.

  19. If white people were naming there children with names like that itvwould be look at as fantastic amazing creative modern and every thing lofty. Done talk.
